Our private styling appointments are designed to feel considered, unhurried and a little bit special.
A beautiful space, an expert stylist, a carefully curated rail and time dedicated entirely to you. No crowded fitting rooms. No conveyor belt bridal. No pressure to find the one in the first five minutes. Just really good dresses, thoughtful styling and space to figure out what feels like you.
What to expect
Your appointment begins with a conversation.
We want to know about you, your wedding, what you’re drawn to and, equally importantly, what you’re not. You don’t need to arrive knowing your silhouette, designer or exact bridal aesthetic. That’s what we’re here for.
Your stylist will curate a selection from the Bone & Ivory collection and guide you through silhouettes, fabrics, proportions and styling as you try.
Your private bridal styling appointment is 90 minutes, giving you time to explore the collection without feeling rushed.
Come with an open mind. The most extraordinary discoveries are often the ones you least expect.
BEFORE YOU COME
There is very little homework required.
If you’ve saved inspiration, bring it. Pinterest boards, screenshots, your venue, a completely chaotic camera roll, we want to see it.
We recommend wearing nude, seamless underwear. There’s no need to bring bridal shoes or heels with you. We have a fitting block in our private bridal suite to give you the right height and proportion while keeping your appointment moving beautifully.
A little note from our rails: Our gowns are delicate, handmade investment sample pieces, and we kindly ask that you arrive without fresh self-tan or lipstick. This helps us care for the collection and keep every gown beautiful for each bride who tries it.
Most importantly, you don’t need to have it all figured out before you arrive. That’s what we’re here for.
YOUR PEOPLE
A bridal appointment can come with a lot of opinions.
For that reason, our private bridal suite accommodates you and up to three guests.
Keeping your circle small allows the experience to remain intimate, considered and, most importantly, centred around you.
We know choosing your three can be tricky. If you’d like to share your favourites with additional family or friends, we’d be delighted to welcome you back for a second or third appointment. Should you find your dress with us, 50% of each additional appointment fee will be credited towards your gown.
A little note: To preserve the calm, intimate atmosphere of our boutique, we kindly ask that children do not accompany guests to appointments.

AFTER YOU RESERVE
Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive everything you need to know before your visit.
We’ll ask for a few details about your wedding, your sizing and any inspiration you’d like to share. This gives your stylist a little head start before you even walk through the door.
Then all that’s left to do is arrive.
We’ll take it from there.

What makes Bone & Ivory Different?
We didn’t create Bone & Ivory to be another bridal store. We created it because finding your wedding dress should feel as considered as choosing the dress itself.
You won’t walk into Bone & Ivory and find rails that feel like a sea of dresses that all look the same. Our collection is intentionally edited, with a beautiful selection of local and international designers chosen for their point of view, craftsmanship and something a little unexpected.
Some are beautifully understated. Some are architectural. All are entirely handmade. And some feel less like dresses and more like wearable works of art.
We look for exceptional construction, beautiful fabrics, unexpected details and pieces that feel relevant now, while still deserving a place in your photographs twenty years from now.
The result is a collection where every dress has a reason for being here.
And we don’t believe bridal has to mean one particular thing.
Maybe you’re looking for the gown. Maybe it’s a second look, a civil ceremony dress, something unexpected for the night before, the perfect veil or a pair of shoes you’ll actually want to wear again.
